HEAD CHEF- SOUS CHEF- CHEF DE PARTIE- CHEF PATISSIER
We are looking for outstanding “Michelin” experienced Chefs who have a passion, dedication and pride for creating fine foods. For our Flagship restaurants “REMY” and “PAOLO” The ideal applicants will have at least 2 years recent and on-going experience in a Michelin star restaurant, be comfortable working long hours in a high pressured environment within a multicultural society
Remy, the elegant, premier dining location aboard the Disney Dream (and soon the Disney Fantasy) serving French-inspired cuisine
Paolo, the elegant, Flagship fine dining location on Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream (and soon the Disney Fantasy) serving Northern Italian-inspired cuisine
Our crew are real team players with high energy and a bubbly, outgoing, can-do personalities, have a passion for customer service, comfortable working in a multicultural environment with a hunger for learning and development.
Contracts are on-going and renewable 4-6 months on with 2 months off, and then you would get the opportunity to renew the contract. the start date for these positions are flexible, from now until early next year ( when you are available)
Working on a Cruise ship is not for everyone, it is 7 days a week and up to 84 hours. However there is time off to relax and enjoy the amazing ports of call, very rewarding earnings, plus the benefits that Disney offers.
All applicants must be at least 21 years old, (Due to licencing law) Fluent in English, have at least 2 years of recent & related experience.
As a part of our Disney Look, we ask that candidates do not have any facial piercings or visible tattoos (short sleeve uniform)
