Job Title: Yield Management Analyst

We are now recruiting a Yield Management Analyst to join the Yield Management team at our corporate offices in Santa Clarita, CA (just north of Los Angeles).
Responsibilities
* Conducts daily inventory and booking performance analysis.
* Prepares statistical reports; analyzes and interprets data; develops ad hoc inventory reports; makes recommendations on action to maximize revenues.
* Adjusts group forecasts and monitors the group allocation process.
* Develops systems/tracking reports to monitors yield management system forecasts.
* Applies knowledge of analysis and forecasting.
* Analyzes data and prepares reports and forecasts.
* Performs miscellaneous related duties, as required.
Requirements
* Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Minimum of four years of related experience in analysis or revenue yield management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail and accuracy, while working in a team or group environment.
* Proficient in Word and Excel with a working knowledge of advanced spreadsheets and database applications.

Therefore, you will have the opportunity to work a schedule that provides you with one day off every two weeks. During each two-week pay period, employees in this department typically work four nine-hour days plus one weekday off, and four nine-hour days and one eight-hour day.
