Travel Telesales (inbound calls) - Northampton

We are opening a new state of the art call centre and launching a brand new travel division, selling all kinds of holidays and cruises to our extensive client base. We want people to join us who are passionate about travel and will really contribute to the growth of our business.• Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good team player?• Do you understand the travel and/or cruise market and have a good knowledge of operators and destinations?• Have you an understanding of travel bookings systems?• Can you build rapport with customers and deliver quality service?• Do you have retail or telesales experience (inbound calls) and enjoy dealing with clients?Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a retail travel or call centre environment.
