Do you have Reservations experience? This highly regarded cruise company based in Surrey is looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join their successful Inbound Reservations team. The main objective of the role is to help achieve the company's goal to grow direct business by acquiring as many guests as possible through inbound calls and referrals.Role of Travel Specialist:* Dealing with inbound calls and selling cruise holidays to customers for worldwide destinations.* Maximise performance of sales and marketing campaigns by promoting and selling all products* Maximise revenue by up-selling itineraries, upgrades and other added value amenities* Become brand experts and performance specialists within the company* Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets* Provide an outstanding level of service to customersNecessary Travel Specialist experience:* Must have Reservations experience within the travel industry* The ability to influence and use persuasive tactics in sales calls to convert calls into bookings* Excellent communication skills* Highly motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure* Proven track record in sales environmentThis is a great opportunity to utilise your reservations experience working within a well established cruise company.We regret that we can only accept applications from individuals with previous travel experience.
