Superb Chef de Partie required - 5* International Cruise Line - Tax free salary!

Chef de Parties required for Luxury 5* Cruise Line!

Salary / Package:£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Superb Tax free salary!

All food and accommodation included.

Contract 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Job Description: Chef de PartieAssist the head chef and Sous chef to carry out the day to day production of food to agreed standard. Assist with storing, stock rotation and kitchen hygiene. Responsible for own section.

Reports to the Head Chef.

Candidate Requirements:2 - 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in 4* /5* Hotels, Resorts or high quality restaurants. Cruise ship experience a bonus!

Experience in cooking high quality fresh food in a busy environment. Motivated, flexible can do attitude required.
