Cruise Specialist Responsibilities:
- Working within a friendly call centre environment answering incoming sales calls and calling past customers to promote the latest cruise deals.
- Selling cruise holidays on behalf of all of the worlds leading cruise lines.
Skills required:
- Previous experience selling cruises or a travel industry background would be beneficial, but strong sales ability is what is most important - applications will be considered from candidates with previous sales experience in for example, estate agency, recruitment, car dealership or mortgage advisors
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional phone manner and excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close to the sale time after time
Cruise Specialist additional information
- Basic salary of GBP12,000 in first year, but if you are already successful in sales, they can match your current or last salary up to GBP18,000
- Package includes uncapped commission plus pension plan, free onsite parking, free travel insurance and overtime if wanted, and one cruise "educational" or ship visit at least once a year
- Working hours are 37.5 per week based around a flexible shift pattern between 9am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 6pm Friday to Sunday.
