The Assistant Manager role is positioned as a role to provide a chance for you to support the manager to run your concession and achieve success whilst creating an outstanding store and staff. By offering a strong managerial style and staff development you will guarantee to develop talented individuals into outstanding Team members. You should ideally have at least one year retail sales experience. General duties of the role will include Full operational accountability Working with the Staff and team to achieve store profit and loss Visual merchandising Staff training and development Store Standards Instilling excellence in customer service Any candidate applying for this fantastic opportunity must have experience in a high street fashion environment and consistent man management skills as well as the ability to live and work in a multi-national environment. Other core attributes include commercially astute Strong leadership skills Ability to think on your feet Challenge where necessary Dedicated and loyal to the brand You will be required to share a cabin (same sex) and additional duties will include 2 x lifeboat drills 1x passenger and 1x crew) per week. You may also be required to undergo a fire-fighting and first aid course.
