On behalf of our clients Disney cruise line we are seeking an experienced Michelin star Restaurant Manager to manage the French Cuisine Restaurant on board their new vessel M S Disney Dream the successful candidate will join one of the present vessels for training and orientation. You will run the 86 seat restaurant and lead a team of 12 Servers who are themselves work at the highest standards. Previous ship experience may be an advantage.
