Personal Cruise Consultants - Public Relations

Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the fastest growing cruise lines and an industry leader, has a reservations center in Mesa, Arizona. We are a fun and energetic group with a positive working environment and culture!

We are currently seeking highly motivated, customer-service and sales oriented Personal Cruise Consultants for our East Mesa, Arizona facility. Our Personal Cruise Consultants cultivate relationships with our customers while selling our cruise vacation products and providing exceptional customer service. The execution of this position requires a high touch, quality approach with proactive methods of individualizing the customer experience in a high volume environment. You will build lifetime relationships with the guest(s) using multiple modes of communication. Sucessful candidates must be able to meet and exceed department goal while providing exceptional customer service.

1 year sales experience required, 2 years sales experience preferred. This position requires successful completion of a 4-week paid training program.

# High school diploma or equivalent

# Exceptional telephone and customer service skills

# Must have a positive, can-do attitude

# 1 year sales experience required

# Ability to work night and weekends as required

# Strong verbal and written communication skills

# Intermediate knowledge of Windows programs

# Previous experience/education in reservations, airline or travel industry a plus
