You will be working in a modern office with a focussed and friendly team. They are looking for someone with sales experience preferably in travel and must speak fluent German. International Cruise Consultant Duties Maximise revenue-earning opportunities through efficient selling switch selling and up selling Securing and processing card payments Handling and managing calls to high standard Responding to potential issues ensuring high standards of customer service Ensure targets are met in all key performance areas including personal call statistics Participate in departmental theme days Updating reservation systems Maintain awareness of all brands Responding to all incoming calls and faxes within agreed timeframes Administration duties International Cruise Consultant skills required Fluent German Essential Able to work under pressure and to targets Experience in a sales environment Understanding of the travel industry Other Information Salary £14k £2k language allowance per anum 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis Opening hours 0800 1700 Monday Friday Occasional Sunday and Bank Holiday opening to support peak sales periods Partial uniform supplied Occasional travel abroad and or on ships If you are interested in the above role please call Cassie on 0207 397 1294 quoting Cs15 or send yur cv to cassies candm.co.uk
