Job description
Thanks for looking at this fabulous new opportunity working with a really great Cruise Line family. Here are the details to share:
Role: Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking Guest Relations Manager (all 3 required!)
Company: A 5* Cruise Line Company
Start Date: Autumn 2009
Salary: Circa $3400US paid 12 months of the year tax free
Berthing: Single cabin
Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off (working 7 days a week whilst shipboard)

The Role:
Leading a team of 20+ coming from multi national and multi cultural backgrounds. Offering a fabulous 'Guest Experience' to everyone whom sails with you ensuring they have a 5* adventure. Overseeing the front office, crew purser and immigration functions onboard ensuring the smooth boarding and disembarking of Guests and Crew.
YOU the Candidate:
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese AND English, you will be experienced as a GRM or GSM onboard a Cruise liner or perhaps in a luxury hotel. Able to show evidence of managing a team and with the ability to work 7 days a week for 4 months without a break.
