As Food and Beverage Manager you will have ultimate responsibility for all Food and Beverage related quality and service oversee financial performance of the department be directly responsible for leading a multi national team of employees and managers including training coaching and disciplinary actions be responsible for inventory & purchasing control and ensure full adherence to Usph standards Profile Minimum of 5 years managing overall branded Food & Beverage operation large high volume ship and or hotel cruise ship experience preferred (including. dry dock re-fit) with a team of over 300 including 30 Managers in a high quality environment Demonstrate motivational and operational management style Degree in Hospitality Hotel Management or finance essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and enforce policies and procedures Experience of managing a departmental operational budget Computer literacy Previous in depth operational Usph Haccp experience is essential Airfares food and accommodation are provided.
