The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the organization, planning, administration and day to day running of the Food and Beverage Department in accordance with company policies, procedures and budgets.
Maximizes efficiency of food and beverage staff through effective scheduling, communication and training.
The position of Food and Beverage Manager reports to the Hotel Director for shipboard matters and directly to Vice President, Food & Beverage, for all business matters.
Ship Experience preferred.
