Job description

The First Purser Food & Beverage (F&B Director) is responsible for the onboard management of all Food & Beverage operations. In the absence of the Passenger Services Director, the First Purser Food & Beverage will be responsible for the management of the entire onboard hotel operations. The First Purser Food & Beverage will also actively participate in, and become an integral part of, the Onboard Executive Committee.

Job Requirements:

- Possess a diploma from a recognized European/USA hotel school or university, plus a minimum of three years serving as Hotel Manager or Food & Beverage Manager on board a 5-star ship.

- Have exposure to budgeting techniques and financial analysis.

- Speak English fluently.

Experience in quality establishments and good knowledge of English are essential.
