Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Analyze and report monthly variances between actual results and budget/forecast

* Assist in development of annual budget and forecasts

* Analyze trends and key performance indicators

* Create and produce financial reports as directed

* Ability to manipulate and organize data

Other Skills & Abilities:

* Candidate must possess 4 year degree (acct/finance)

* Demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and problem identification

* Strong PC skills, advanced excel and knowledge of access preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work well in team environment
