Skills & Education:
Must have at least five years experience as Sous-Chef in a hotel or convention banqueting service. Shipboard experience is also requiered. Excellent leadership skills as well as a very good command of the English language are required. Must be well-groomed and have a friendly and flexible personality.

Additional Information:
In this hands-on position you will be in charge of all culinary opreations onboard the vessel, including crew galley and food and hotel cost.
