RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a part-time hourly role. Assume responsibilities for a smooth and seamless Guest experience, including all departure and arrival procedures. Assist Guests with any issues that may arise during their stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. Handle the collection and processing of all Guest Cruise documents, verify U.S. citizenship and assist motorcoaches as they arrive and depart from the resorts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

* High school degree or equivalent

* Demonstrated strong Guest or Customer Service experience

* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills

* Proven strong computer skills in Windows environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven resort related experience

* Proven knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort
