This position is responsible for Executing the sale of shore excursions. Monitoring shore excursion operation by accompanying tours and reporting feedback to Port Adventures Manager. Monitoring the opening closing safety and volume of the Mickey pool and slide (Disney Magic Disney Wonder) or AquaDuck waterslide (Disney Dream Disney Fantasy) as well as general activity around the pools and all recreation areas. Monitoring all recreation spaces including Wide World of Sports deck Ping Pong shuffle board mini golf and sport simulators (Disney Dream Disney Fantasy) ensuring supplies and equipment are available set-up and or replenish as needed. Performing hosting responsibilities such as but not limited to entrance to show lounge and Walt Disney Theatre sports events etc. Required experience Minimum two years experience in recreation camp or activity center catering to all ages. Proven experience working in a sales and or Guest services environment. Demonstrate interest in Port Adventures (shore excursions. Education concentrating on hospitality and or business related preferred. Good computer skills and operational knowledge.
