This position is responsible for Supports shipboard Human Resources functions including but not limited to coordination of employee policies performance management compensation and benefits training and development and general Hr services. Facilitates onboard leadership training. Point of contact for Crew employee relations and Compensation and Benefits issues questions for Crew and Leaders. This positions reports to the shipboard Manager Hr. Minimum 2 years experience working within a Hr operation. Minimum of one year in a leadership and or Operations role. Proven knowledge and experience of Employee Relations concepts and practices. Advanced education degree in Hr or similar field preferred. Previous experience within a cruise industry and or Disney experience a plus. Required experience Minimum four years housekeeping management experience on ships or 200 room hotel high volume experience critical. Hospitality Hotel or Business Management Degree a plus.
