We are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will have current/previous experience in a ship HR role with a concentration focusing on performance management employee relations and/or someone with current/previous HR experience within the Disney Company. If a candidate does not ship and/or Disney experience, experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred. Proven ER experience required.
