CRUISE RESERVATIONS AGENT

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this well known and expanding travel company as a cruise reservations consultant. You Will be working in a busy environment with a friendly and target driven team. As a reservations agent you will be paid a basic salary of around 15/16k, on target earnings of around 25/30k. They are looking for a candidate with cruise reservations experience who is target driven.

Cruise reservations duties

-Dealing with potential passengers over the phone selling a variety of cruise holidays.

-Booking with a number of different major cruise companies

-Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings

-Up selling

-Making reservations amendments

Skills required

-The successful candidate must have cruise reservations experience

-Must have a clear and polite telephone manner

-Strong sales background, must be target driven

Additional information

-Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 or 10.30 to 19.00, winter 8.30 to 20.00(shift pattern), 1 in 4 weekends with a day off
