We are currently seeking
CHEFS
Chef de Cusine (eq; head chef)
Assistant Chef de Cusine (Eq; sous/snr sous chef)
Chef assistant (eq; CDP Snr CDP
Head Chef (Italian cusine fine dining)
CDP (Italian Cusine fine dining)
Head Chef (French Michelin standards)
CDP (French Michelin standards)
Pastry (French Michelin standards)
Ideally you will be a proven leader of larger teams, with experience in both high volume and fine dining, give attention to details not only with your food but especially when it comes to health and hygiene.
Formal Culinary education is preferred
•Previous shipboard experience is a plus but not required
•Must be able to work as a team player in a multi-cultural environment and should be receptive to training and development and possess the desire to succeed
Flexibility to work in any section of the kitchen and rotate positions as well as working in cold prep rooms necessary
•Fluency in English a must
•Hygiene certification preferable but not necessary
Our crew are real team players with high energy, outgoing, can-do personalities, have a passion for food and customer service, comfortable working in a multicultural environment with a hunger for learning and development.
Contracts vary from 4 -6 months on 2 months off, the start date for these positions are flexible, from now, to whenever you are available. Working on a Cruise ship is not for everyone, it is 7 days a week and up to 84 hours. However there is time off to relax and enjoy the amazing ports of call, rewarding earnings, plus the benefits that Disney offer.
All applicants must be at least 21 years old, (Due to licencing law) Fluent in English, have at least 5 years of recent & related experience. As a part of our Disney Look, we ask that candidates do not have any facial piercings or visible tattoos including arms (short sleeve uniform)as they cannot be covered whilst working.
