THE COMPANY
We are setting to bring together some of the most passionate of boating in Miami. Riders Unlimited & Splash Academy offers a complete services & products range for Jet Ski, Boat, Wakeboard, Segway & ATV (Sales, Rental, Storage, Repair, Parts & Accessories). Store open 7/7.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES (but not limited to):
-Perform scheduled reservation for:
.Private boat cruise in Miami
.Wakeboarding & Waterski lesson
.Guided tours of Miami, Miami Beach, Star Island, Fisher Island, Key Biscayne just to name a few
.Guided City tours of Miami Downtown & Miami Beach on Segway Personal Transporter
-Have the equipments ready to go for the next reservation after each session (refueling, cleaning,...)
-Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the company with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
-Administrative duties: Prepares forms and records as directed to document support activities
-Promote and sell company services & products
-Seek to provide quality service ensuring guest satisfaction
-Follow directions thoroughly
-Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills are required, as well as knowledge of boating
-Promote company services through networks using the tools at your disposal (Business card, ...)

SALARY

FACILITIES
-Public transportation access: Bus 77 (stop in front of the store)
-Access by car: 3mn from I-95 exit

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Boat captain license
-Ability to multi-task, responsible, energetic and positive attitude to increase business
-Wakeboard & local guide experience will be a plus
-Willing to work overtime, invested on the business & have flexible hours
-Communicate is English & Spanish using clear and professional language
